Yoga Love
Looking to teach or add yoga? We can help with either providing an instructor and/or the space. With our large outdoor pavilion that can house up to 30+ mats, our indoor historic 1860 house that can house up to 18-20 mats (or 25 seated cushions) as well as our aerial yoga rig that can house 8 students plus one teacher. PS we have all the props you need (mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets).

You can also enlist the services of our premier planning partner that can help you with every detail if you want. Retreat Leader Accommodations
On the back of the property above the owners garage, is a 600 sf apartment available to rent for retreat and event leaders to use so that all of the other accommodations can be rented/used by guests (subject to availability). Moon Dancer Vintage Trailer
Moon Dancer trailer has a queen temperpedic style mattress, luxury bamboo sheets and a sound machine. There is a full sized futon couch that can be turned into a full sized bed, and additional sheets/pillows/blanket for it. There is a small fridge in the camper, as well as a bar area with 2 barstools and fluffy robes for adults. Moon Dancer also has a porch and hammock lounging area. Private detached bathroom.

Sun Chaser vintage trailer
Sun Chaser trailer has a king temperpedic style mattress, luxury bamboo sheets and a sound machine. There is a small fridge in the camper, as well as a sitting area with 2 chairs and fluffy robes for adults. Sun Chaser has a porch sitting area and a lounging hammock area. Private detached bathroom.

deluxe yurt
Our deluxe yurt has full AC & heat and electricity along with two twins beds (or converted to a king bed) as well as a futon twin sleeper/sofa (suitable for a small child) as well as a small fridge and a sound machine. All mattresses are temperpedic style with luxurious bamboo sheets. This accommodation has a private patio area and a private detached bathroom and fluffy robes for adults.

King Yurt
The king yurt has approximately 350 square feet of space, it features 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Also has a full size futon sofa/sleeper and fluffy robes for adults. With a fridge and ceiling fan you have all the comfort you could desire. Featuring high-quality tempurpedic style mattresses, luxurious bamboo sheets, a sound machine and a private detached full bath with shower.

Bunk House
Our bunk house has 8 built in bunks with privacy curtains, nightlights and charging stations in each bunk and two ensuite bathrooms. Mattresses are temperpedic style and include luxury bamboo sheets.
The bunk house also has fluffy robes for adults, a sound machine, a porch, fridge and all the goods (electricity, heat/AC) as well as ceiling fans and plenty of storage for your travel needs. Hammock lounging area just off the side of the bunk house too!

This is PREMIER glamping at its best. Two queen suites with ensuite full bathrooms, temperpedic style mattresses, luxury bamboo sheets and a sound machine for the ultimate in comfort. One of two new cabins. Includes two twin beds (that can be turned into a king), twin bunk beds (top bunk maximum weight is 200 lbs) and a small twin sleeper futon sofa (more suitable for a child). Texas Ranch Amenities
Historic 1860 House
Our approximately 600 sq foot 1860 house is the perfect indoor space for meditation, yoga, sound baths or gathering circles. Has 30 cushions for floor seating available.
Karma Lounge
Approximately 150 sq foot space dedicated to individual healing sessions/massages, etc. We also have a massage table on site that can be used.
Workshop Barn
The workshop barn is a great space for lecture/hands on workshops. It has seating for approximately 15 guests.
Dining Hall & Fully Stocked Kitchen
The dining hall has a full kitchen and is 900 sq feet. It is fully stocked to serve 30. There are two full bathrooms in the dining hall (with showers).
Outdoor Pavilion
Our outdoor pavilion is perfect for yoga & outdoor meetings. Space for 30+ mats and has power and fans. Two bathrooms are within steps of the pavilion and we also supply mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets for up to 30.
The Meditation Labyrinth
Our walking meditation labyrinth was specially designed for a heel to toe walking experience. Nearby hammock lounge and seating area for quiet reflections as well.
Dipping Pools & Hot Tub
We have two cold dipping pools and one pool that can be heated. We also provide all pool towels. Our pools are located in a serene area that includes lounge chairs and outdoor games.
Wood Burning Sauna
Our wood burning sauna with essential oil therapy options is the perfect place to destress and relax. Add in a dip in our cold plunge bath for some amazing hot/cold therapy.
Volleyball Court
Our outdoor sand volleyball court is a great way to bond as a group and have some playtime fun!
Ice Plunge
Our newest amenity! Add in a lil hot/cold therapy – incredible for health and rejuvenation! *Note you will need to provide your own ice.
Aerial Yoga
Our aerial yoga rig is perfect for up to 8 students and one instructor. When not in use for yoga, we swap out the silks for sitting hammocks to lounge in.
Outdoor Fire Pit
Our outdoor fire pit is perfect for group gatherings and is situated near the dining hall and outdoor seating area. Seating for 20+. Subject to county restrictions.

Accessibility Statement
At Retreat Ranch, we embrace the natural, untouched beauty of our rustic ranch setting. While we aim to provide an authentic and serene experience for all our guests, we recognize that the unique characteristics of our working ranch may present certain limitations for guests with disabilities.
Due to the nature of our retreat center, we are currently unable to accommodate service animals. Our ranch is home to free-ranging animals, and for their safety as well as that of service animals, we cannot allow any outside pets or animals on the premises.
Our facilities, including guest accommodations and communal areas, are nestled in a landscape that celebrates its rustic roots, featuring uneven grounds and stair access. Consequently, we do not have ramps or elevators, and our bathrooms are not specifically designed for accessibility.
We wish to be transparent about the challenges that individuals with certain disabilities might face at our retreat center. The entire facility is not wheelchair accessible, and individuals with mobility impairments may find it difficult to navigate the uneven terrain and stairs.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these limitations may cause. We hope that, despite these limitations, our guests can find peace and enjoyment in the natural splendor of Retreat Ranch.

Well this isn’t the easiest to answer as it depends on how you use the beds and sleeping sofas. Check out our stay page to see which accommodations have what layouts to determine the sleeping capacity for you. It ranges from 25 (if one person per bed and not using the sleeping sofas) to 32 if you sleep two per queen/king bed and utilize the sleeping sofas. No, I am sorry, we cannot go above our sleeping capacity for overnight guests.

Sorry, no. We are primarily an accommodation center so every booking requires a two night minimum.
So sorry, no (and we LOVE animals of all kinds). We have free ranging animals and livestock dogs as well as natural wildlife and it is not safe for any outside pets to come on site. Unfortunately this includes service animals. No exceptions due to safety issues for all.
Yes and no. We do have mini split AC/Heaters in each tent as well as electric blankets. In the summer the evenings are perfect, though the daytime may still be a bit warm (enjoy the dipping pools or dining hall during the daylight hours). In the winter the heater, supplemental heat and electric blankets keep you nice and toasty. **PLEASE NOTE WE ARE REMOVING THE ACCOMMODATION BELL TENTS AND REPLACING THEM WITH CABINS.
There is a day rate fee per any guest over sleeping capacity (ie you have an additional 10 people that are staying the night offsite but will be at the ranch during the daytime). Please coordinate with us ahead of time for any day guests.
You will need to provide all your food/beverage (except coffee & tea we provide), charcoal for the grill if you plan to use it and extra ice for beverages as well as if you want to use the ice bath plunge. We provide firewood (if no restrictions in place) for the fire pit and sauna, outdoor blankets, all bedding, towels (including pool towels), body wash/shampoo/conditioner, dryers and a fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies and serving dishes.
We do not provide house keeping services. However if you need new sheets or extra towels we can provide those to you.

There isn’t a discounted rate for a small amount of guests as the rental includes the entire ranch regardless of the number of guests.
Kinda. You can bring them and park them in our parking lot, but we do not have hook ups and do not allow generators at night. In addition, the people staying in the RV or trailer count toward your overnight sleeping maximum of 28.
Yep! Sure can. Just arrange with us ahead of time so we can ensure we have adequate parking for you.
No and yes. We do not have cable or any tv’s anywhere on the property. We do have internet but it is satellite internet which is subject to weather and just slow as molasses. Your phone won’t work great either. Consider it the perfect time to disconnect from the stresses of the world and reconnect to you and nature.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of your deposit (equal to half of the minimum booking amount unless otherwise specified/agreed upon and refundable damage/security deposit or event insurance policy).
Payment in full is due no less than 25 days prior to your stay/event.
If you cancel with 180 or more days notice then a refund minus $500 plus credit card processing fees of 7% will be issued. If you cancel with 179 to 120 days notice then a 50% refund of monies paid will be refunded plus 7% credit card processing fees. If you cancel with 119 days to 91 days then a 50% credit of what was paid will be issued (that does not expire, also not applicable for holiday dates, subject to restrictions). Less than 90 days and earlier there are no refunds or credits. An option is that we also can open up the date with no refund to see if it is rebooked- which then we would issue a full refund minus a 10% processing & credit card fees if it is rebooked.
You can change your date with 120 or more days notice with a $250 change fee. For changes less than 120 days to 60 days notice there is a $500 change fee for low season dates and $1,000 fee for high season dates. Changes with less than 59 days pr ;less notice are subject to restrictions and may not qualify for a change and may be subject to a $1,500 change fee (not available for high season dates).
We LOVE sitting round the fire here at Retreat Ranch, however there are restrictions we must follow. Periodically there may be burn bans put in effect by the county due to increased wildfire risk and/or drought conditions, which means no campfires or outdoor burning of any kind at any time. Doing so may result in a $500+ fine payable to Burnet County.
If there is a burn ban in effect, we will notify you in as much advance notice as possible. Reservations cannot be cancelled or changed without penalty because of a burn ban. We do have electric s’more makers we provide and you can still use the wood burning sauna.
We do not provide food services though we have a list of local restaurants, chefs and catering options to utilize during your stay. Not to mention HEB delivers groceries and you can use our fully outfitted kitchen on site.
