Congratulations on booking an event or retreat here at the ranch! Below is a list of resources as well as partners in our area that other event/retreat hosts have used here at the ranch. Not everything will apply to you, but use what is needed and feel free to reach out if you have a question or a need that isn’t answered on here! We’re excited to have you at the ranch!

Our Location

Our ranch is located in Marble Falls, the heart of hill country Texas. The closest airports are:

  • Austin International {code AUS} 55 minutes
  • San Antonio International {code SAT} 80 minutes
  • Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport {code GRK} 90 minutes

A few reminders

While we love having y’all here, there are a few important reminders for retreats/events/stays:

  • Please no use of confetti, fake flowers, etc on the ground (throwing in the air, etc).  Our animals could eat them and get sick.  Real flowers, rice and bubbles are fine to throw around (you can use fake or real flowers for decor, just note that the horses like to eat real flowers 🙂
  • Reminder our quiet hours start at 9pm.  You can still have fun and enjoy you/your group till anytime (please note the outdoor string lights automatically turn off at 12am, you can turn back on via the timer on the porch of the check in cabin), just no amplified noises, screaming, etc. after 9pm
  • No fireworks at all and no real candles/fires anywhere other than the fire pit.  Also note the fire pit is subject to county restrictions and if there is a burn ban in place by the county there can be NO fires otherwise you will be subject to fines (yuck)
  • Please do not let children under the age of 14 left unattended AT ANY TIME and no kids in the heated hot tub or sauna 
  • If you move furniture around, please put back before departure.  No inside furniture to be brought outside.  If you need the large tables in the common area moved, please contact us as we have to use a tractor
  • If you use our yoga supplies, please clean and put back neatly in the storage area
  • Please do not feed the animals except for the treats left out for the goats and chickens

Accessibility Statement

At Retreat Ranch, we embrace the natural, untouched beauty of our rustic ranch setting. While we aim to provide an authentic and serene experience for all our guests, we recognize that the unique characteristics of our working ranch may present certain limitations for guests with disabilities.

Due to the nature of our retreat center, we are currently unable to accommodate service animals. Our ranch is home to free-ranging animals, and for their safety as well as that of service animals, we cannot allow any outside pets or animals on the premises.

Our facilities, including guest accommodations and communal areas, are nestled in a landscape that celebrates its rustic roots, featuring uneven grounds and stair access. Consequently, we do not have ramps or elevators, and our bathrooms are not specifically designed for accessibility.

We wish to be transparent about the challenges that individuals with certain disabilities might face at our retreat center. The entire facility is not wheelchair accessible, and individuals with mobility impairments may find it difficult to navigate the uneven terrain and stairs.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these limitations may cause. We hope that, despite these limitations, our guests can find peace and enjoyment in the natural splendor of Retreat Ranch.
