Karma Yoga Retreat for
Military and First Responders

This FREE retreat experience is open to active duty military and first responders. Join us in the beautiful hill country of Texas for a 3-night retreat that will envelop you in nature while providing you space to connect in mind, body & soul.

In January, we are opening 5 spots up on our Yoga Teacher Training retreat for any active duty military or first responders that are looking for a way to reconnect to their mind-body connection through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices.  This is a time for our students to learn teaching principals, and a time for active military and first responders to benefit from their training while also taking time to decompress from their daily life stressors.

Date: January 27th 12pm CST to January 30th 12pm CST

Retreat will include:

  • Access to workshops
  • Yoga and meditation master classes
  • Access to classes led by our current yoga teacher training students as they complete their requirements for becoming a yoga teacher
  • Delicious healthy meals
  • Glamping style accommodations (this is a co-ed retreat, but lodging will not be)
  • Community & connection with like-minded individuals

This will be a powerful time to disconnect from your everyday routine and responsibilities and allow you the space to be fully present in your body, mind, and soul.
